Pound £1,000 Unfinished Project Burntwood

I am not 100% sure on this as it was my late grandads. After speaking to a few people we believe it to be a 3 1/2 Inch Doris or a Green Lord Nelson but again not 100% sure

Sold as seen as a unfinished project though i believe 90% of the model is their

I believe it to be 3 1/2" gauge but have included a ruler for measurement on the picture for reference

Boiler looks to be in good order but i don't have a certificate
